After twelve years of dedicated and passionate work, it is with deep regret that we must inform you that our company has ceased its business operations.
The past months have been marked by extraordinary economic challenges.
Despite intensive efforts to maintain operations, preserve existing jobs, and create new opportunities for growth and employment, the economic pressures could ultimately no longer be overcome.
In addition, over an extended period of time, we were subjected to targeted anti-competitive and, in our view, in many cases unlawful actions by certain market participants.
These actions caused significant financial harm to our company and further aggravated an already highly challenging situation.
Despite extensive business measures, legal assessments, and every effort available to us, it ultimately became impossible to sustainably offset the resulting burdens.
These developments contributed significantly to the fact that continuing our business operations was no longer feasible.
We deeply regret having to take this step.
The decision to cease operations was neither made lightly nor taken on short notice.
Our sincere thanks go to all customers, business partners, and supporters who placed their trust in us and accompanied us throughout the years.
Your loyalty, cooperation, and support have been an essential part of our company’s history.
